Composition: They shall compose of three (3) or five (5) committed members who have the call of God upon their lives.
Responsibilities:
- They shall commit themselves to prayer and the study of the Word of God
- They shall commit themselves to evangelism
- They shall encourage the members to embark on evangelism
- They shall identify locations/places where evangelism or crusades are to be held
- They shall help obtain permits for outreach programs when needed
- They shall help obtain materials that would be needed for evangelism
- They shall help mobilize items that would be needed for evangelism to the various locations
